This Innovation workshop includes:
- Prior to the workshop, all participants complete the VIEW assessment, a 10-minute survey of your individual problem solving style.
- Based on VIEW, the workshop discusses and helps you understand your innovation strengths and weaknesses.
- A toolkit with 10 powerful idea generating and focusing methods is presented and practiced with real examples. Templates and instructions for all tools are included as part of the course.
- Participants are given "Instant Challenges" that require creativity, teamwork, and the ability to think-on-your-feet. Each challenge has important business/life lessons that support the teaching.
- Our facilitator helps you apply the knowledge and experience gained to solve real in-house problems, to develop more hands-on experience in the tools, and develop raving fans for the tools and techniques presented.

Up to 12 team members can attend this full day workshop and funding is available under the BC Govt Workplace Training and Innovation Program.
