Hours of Operation

We are open Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30 (Pacific Time).

Our full-day classes run from 9:00 to 4:00 with an hour for lunch and two coffee breaks.

Our half-day classes run from 9:00 to 12:00 pm (morning), 1:00-4:00 pm (afternoon), or 6:00-9:00 pm (evening) with one coffee break.

Location

Sector is located in Vic West, just across the Bay Street Bridge. The building is wheelchair accessible, close to all amenities, and includes ample free parking. For a map to our location, please click here.

Our Office

Both of Sector's classrooms are equipped with whiteboards, digital overhead projectors and large workstations. Each workstation has an Internet-connected Windows computer with a 17" LCD monitor, speakers, keyboard, and optical mouse. Training Room #1 can accommodate eight students. Training Room #2, our Adobe-licensed room, seats four students.

Our office has a cozy break area and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and small fridge for client use. Fresh coffee, a variety of teas, filtered water, apples and cookies are available for clients snack on throughout the day. Clients are welcome to bring food and drink into the classroom.

If you’d prefer to treat yourself to lunch, there are several restaurants within walking distance:

The Westside Village Shopping Centre, home to Save-On Foods, Starbucks, Quiznos, Booster Juice and Hothouse Pizza is a five minute walk south on Alston Street.

To mingle with the locals, walk down Skinner Street to The Spiral Café. It's a great neighbourhood coffee shop with a variety of baked goods and a tasty soup of the day. Click here for directions.

If you need fresh air and a beautiful view, head down to Banfield Park and the Selkirk Trestle on the Gorge waterway. Across the trestle you’ll find the bustling Selkirk Waterfront development with Government Offices, restaurants, and the Selkirk Montessori School.

Classroom Rental

Sector's classrooms can be rented for your custom training or presentation. Both classrooms are fully equipped and networked, and can be rented as technical or non-technical classrooms.
