Our Learning Guarantee

We understand that your time and money are valuable, and that everyone learns at a different pace. Therefore, when you sign up for any course at Sector Learning, we include our four-part learning guarantee to ensure that you possess all the knowledge you need to successfully transfer the skills we teach in the classroom to the outside world.

1. We will not cancel any of courses, even if only one person registers, we will still run the course as a one-on-one session.
    
2. If the course is not what you need for whatever reason, leave at the first break for a credit or full refund – your choice.
    
3. Every course includes unlimited access to our Ask-An-Instructor forum and monthly Ask-An-Instructor eClasses where you receieve support from one of our expert instructors to ensure that you have all the information you need.
    
4. To ensure that learning sticks, you may re-take a course as many times as you want for six months after your first course date for a $100 (per day) administration fee. Please remember to bring your manual back and we'll take care of the rest.

Course Registration Changes and Cancellation Policy

Sector Learning Solutions delivers guaranteed learning at competitive prices. As such, our policies include penalties for cancellations and changes to registrations, especially near the start of the course when the facilities are already booked, manuals purchased, the instructor hired, and your seat reserved.

These policies may be waived or adjusted for medical or family emergencies, solely at the discretion of Sector Learning Solutions Inc. For some specialty and partnership courses different policies may apply. Please check your course registration materials or contact Sector for details.

Course Registration Changes

If you need to reschedule the date of a course or be moved into a different course, please be aware that the following penalites apply if your rescheduling request is received:

• Up to ten working days prior to the registered course date: no penalty.
• Within ten working days of the course date: $40 penalty fee.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration in a course, please be aware that the following penalites apply if your cancellation request is received:

• Up to fifteen working days before the course starts: no penalty.
• Up to five working days before the course: 50% of the course price.
• Less than five working days before the course: 100% of the course price.

No shows are considered cancellations.
