Our Learning Guarantee
We include a four-part Learning Guarantee on all our open enrolment class registrations:
1. Non-Cancellation Guarantee
Once a person registers for an open enrolment class we will not cancel it. Even
if only one person registers, we will run the course as a one-on-one session.
If you sign up for an open enrolment course and you're the only registrant, we
will offer you two options:
Option 1: Reschedule the open enrolment class to a different date. (Rescheduling fees will not apply.)
-OR-
Option 2: Change the group class to a one-on-one class by converting the course price into the equivalent number of
one-on-one hours.*
(Example: a six-hour open enrolment course costs $295, which is equivalent to four hours of 1-1 training at $70 per hour.)
2. Complete Satisfaction
If, for whatever reason, the open enrolment class is not what you need, you may
leave at the first break for a credit or full refund – your choice.
3. Guaranteed Learning
To ensure that learning sticks, you may re-take an open enrolment class
as many times as you need for six months after your first class date for a $100 per day
administration fee.
Note: This
offer is only available for seats in pre-scheduled open enrolment classes. We
are not able to create new open enrolment dates for individuals looking to
re-take a course.
4. Ask-An-Instructor
Every open enrolment class includes
unlimited, lifetime access to our
Ask-An-Instructor forum - where you receive
support from one of our expert instructors on topics covered in your open
enrolment course.
