Course Registration Changes and Cancellation Policy
Sector Learning Solutions delivers guaranteed learning at competitive prices. As
such, our policies include fees for last minute cancellations and
registration changes to assist us with cost recovery when the training room is
already booked, the manuals already purchased, the instructor already hired and
your seat already reserved.
These policies may be waived for medical or family emergencies,
solely at the discretion of Sector
Learning Solutions Inc.

Different policies may apply for some of our specialty and partnership courses.

Rescheduling
If you need to change the date of a course or be moved into a different
course, please be aware that the following fees apply:

Example: If your course is on Wednesday, February 1, 2012:
- you must reschedule your course date or change your registration by Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 to incur no penalty.
- you will pay a $40 penalty fee to reschedule your course date or change your registration after Tuesday, January 17th, 2012.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration in a course, please be aware that the
following penalties apply if your cancellation request is received:

Example: If your course is on Wednesday, February 1, 2012:
- You must cancel your registration by
Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 to avoid paying a fee.
- If you cancel your registration between Wednesday, January 18, 2012 - Wednesday, January 25th, 2012:
we will refund 50% of the course price.
- If you have not paid for your course, 50% of the price is due.
- If you cancel your registration between Thursday, January 26th, 2012 - Tuesday, January 31, 2012:
we will refund 0% of the course price.
- If you have not paid for your course, 100% of the price is due.
- * If you do not attend the scheduled course without providing notice (a "no-show") that is considered a cancellation:
we will refund 0% of the course price.
- If you have not paid for your course, 100% of the price is due.
Any cancellations that result in a credit can be refunded in full or retained on file for future purchases.
