Delivery Modalities

Sector Learning trainers have real world experience with the tools they teach, as well as experience in teaching others how to use them. The material we select for courses is current and relevant to the students' needs. A typical classroom experience is fun and supportive. We frequently customize classes and develop completely new training so you get exactly what you need.  Small hands-on classes ensure individual attention, and allow our instructors to adapt the materials and examples to the needs of the learner.

Sector designs and delivers training programs using some or all of the following modalities:
 

Small Classroom
Between 4-8 students with one or more instructors in a hands-on environment.  Best for team based learning on a single topic or application.  Limiting the number of students increases the amount of interaction with instructors.

One-to-One
The best learning environment for most people.  Work at your own speed and spend time on the topics that matter most to you.  Bring your own work and receive consulting and advice from the instructor.

eLearning (Self Directed Web Based Modules)
Learn anywhere, anytime and at your own speed.  Best for repetitive training delivered to large groups of people or to a workforce with high turnover.  Usually includes skills assessments, testing for retention and multiple learning resources.

eClass (Live Webinars with an Instructor)
Short modules delivered via voice and web, with interactive exercises and content sharing.  Best for a large, geographically diverse student population - saves travel cost and lost productivity during training.
