Gerry's sense of humour and quick wit make his classes fun and educational. He has 20 years of experience using the tools he teaches, and pushing them to the max. He has taught English as a Second Language to French children and Japanese adults. He has designed and delivered many technical courses throughout his career. Now Gerry teaches selected courses such as SharePoint, Live Meeting, Innovation Workshops, and eClasses.

Maurice Lagassé
General Manager

Maurice Lagassé has built a career around recognizing consumer needs and turning them into business opportunities.
 
He has over 25 years of business development experience, from entrepreneurship to senior executive and president of a $25 million corporation with operations in Canada, the USA, and Europe.
 
Maurice has a keen interest in learning modalities. He is looking forward to working with the Sector team and clientele.

Katie Caplan
Client Service Coordinator

Katie Caplan accepted the position of Client Service Coordinator in June 2011. She comes to us with a diploma in Office Administration, a diploma in Interior Decorating, as well as undergraduate courses from UVic and UBC. Katie has been doing office administration in a professional office for the last number of years.

Kelly Marshall
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Kelly joined Sector as a UVic Co-op placement in September 2009. After graduating from UVic with a BFA in Visual Arts, she was hired on as our Client Service Coordinator.

Kelly accepted the position of Sales and Marketing Coordinator in May 2010, when Sector's former Director of Sales and Marketing, Jason Scriven, accepted a position at the Times Colonist. She's your go-to person for all your questions about Sector's programs, services and pricing.

Chris joined the Sector Learning team in October 2010. His extensive knowledge of Microsoft Communication and Collaboration tools as well as his experience delivering online training for BC Government, made him an ideal candidate to deliver training and consulting here at Sector. He pays specific attention to Microsoft SharePoint and how it can be used effectively by non-technical end users.

Chris holds a UVic Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in International Business.
