When I first got hooked-up to the Internet, I immediately took your introductory course as part of my Shaw cable package offering. Like magic, I learned enough in a three-hour session to kick-off my enjoyment and knowledge of the computer skills necessary to utilize the Internet, E-Mail and most of my other programs on my desktop. Before your course, I was afraid of the mouse. Afterwards, it became "Mighty Mouse," working in my behalf.

Can't let this opportunity go by without praising Kathy for her very efficient communication about the digital camera course I was going to take, and Colin for his info when I asked him about a message I got one day about a virus. He got back to me so quickly, and set my mind at ease after asking questions and making sure I didn't have anything dangerous. I especially appreciate how they don't make me feel "stupid" and get back to me so quickly.

I attended Ray's class tonight on the Digital Camera. What a great course, with so much information. Ray did an excellent job of explaining everything. After having a digital camera for over one year and not using it, I finally feel confident to use the camera (which was a retirement gift). This was my 8th class with your school. I can not say enough about your classes. I really like the relaxed atmosphere where you can ask lots of questions and get to learn so much. Your staff is the best. After working 38 years at an office job and buying a computer 10 months ago, I now feel more comfortable using my computer.

Both George and I really enjoyed Saturday's course. Your presentation was excellent. Now before moving on to some of the other courses offered George plans on taking it one more time and "just taking notes" as it is hard to remember so many new ideas without a hand out to refresh one's memory, so he will look forward to seeing you again soon.

I have been able to solve my problems. I had a new program when I first came to you and I was grateful for the confidence I gained from your course, but now I have been able to write a book, scan pictures into it and even managed to get C:\ on my Windows menu in order to use an old but very reliable program.
